A. INFORMATION AND RESEARCH ON THE TOPIC (Read on Day1)
In this section I will give you valuable information regarding the week’s topic.
I chose these 12 topics through trial and error in my own life and the lives of the ladies I encountered in my groups.
I honestly believe that every topic we are going to discuss in the next 12 weeks contributes to eating disorders in one way or another, and needs to be addressed in order for us to be free and stay free.
B. TESTIMONY ON THE TOPIC (Read on Day 2)
In this section I will share with you my own testimony. I want to be real about the anguish and pain of my own struggle with food, but I also want to give you hope by telling you about the victories I’ve tasted thanks to the Holy Spirit’s guidance in my life.
C. GUIDELINES AND ASSIGNMENTS FOR YOU (Homework for Day 4-6)
This is a very important part of the Weekly Plan. My idea here was to go beyond just a book, but rather make it a practical guide so that you can implement the principals in your own life. You will find 5 days of videos and “homework” in this section of each week (don’t worry, it’s short and custom made for busy women and moms like us) This hands-on experience will help you see and feel things change in your life right away.
I will encourage you after every day to first stop and implement the things I’ve suggested. Now if you have my curiosity you will probably read through everything in one day. Of course that’s okay, just be sure to back-up afterward and do the things I recommend to get the maximum benefit from this course.
You will find that some weeks affect you more than others. PLEASE STOP AND TAKE YOUR TIME with these weeks, because they are obviously an important part of your problem and might be a key factor to your healing.

Important:
Remember that the above schedule is only a SUGGESTION. You have access to this program forever, so you can do it at your own pace and even come back to do it again as many times as you need to. You can also alter the schedule to start on any day of the week that suits you best.

Tip: We are going through the 12 Weeks together as a group. I’m not sure how often we will be able to do something like this. However, be sure to check back to the previous forum discussions and leave a comment or ask a question. Even if you join this program long after we’ve finished the 12 Weeks on the Forum, the responses and discussions on there will be very helpful to you.
