Great site for anything you need to look up or read in the Bible

Living proof Ministries:
You will find all of Beth Moore’s books and Bible studies on the above site. I have yet to read a book of Beth that is not life chancing! Try and get into one of her Bible Studies, it will help you grow in the Word.

Something Fishy:
A great source of information about Eating Disorders as well as a Treatment Directory.

First Place 4 Health:
An excellent Biblical based weight loss program with support groups all over the country.

Weight Watchers:
Another way to keep track of your weight in a healthy and wise way. They offer support groups as well as online programs. If you need more accountability surrounding your eating habits and fitness level have a look at Weight Watchers Online. This is very affordable and the information is excellent.

Sparkpeople:
If you are low on money (not rare in this economy) but you still need the accountability then try this excellent program for FREE called Spark People. I am currently tracking my own weight and fitness level on there and the resources just blows my mind. Have a look at the awesome Christian “teams” on there. It’s a secular program, but many Christians are forming their own Christian communities of support on there.

Myrna Haag
Myrna Haag has a ministry of helping others live healthy in Tampa Florida. She has been doing this for 20 years and she also works in homeless shelters and at risk poor communities. Please go have a look at her informative site and book.

NANC
